Symptom
The Sovereign volunteers for work that would require a team, then delivers output that looks impressive in volume but collapses under operational scrutiny. They are the single point of failure in a system that was supposed to be resilient.
Why It Matters
The Solo Sovereign's confidence is not entirely wrong — AI does amplify individual capability. The mistake is treating amplified individual output as a substitute for organizational capability. One person with a model can produce more. They cannot produce resilience, coverage, or the institutional memory that lives between people.
