The Agent Whisperer is the architect who can explain the agentic AI landscape with enough fluency that everyone else in the room feels slightly behind. At their best, they are extremely useful. They can stop an organization from adopting too slowly out of fear, and they can stop it from adopting too naively out of excitement.

Every architecture discussion becomes a demo. The Whisperer can describe any system in agentic terms but struggles to explain what the system actually does for the business when the demo ends.
