The chat window is not part of the demo.
The demo is autonomous. The chat window on the other monitor is not part of the demo. An old-school pager sits on his belt. At the terminal he types an answer to "How do I do this?" and clicks Approve. The future of work has found the one person who still answers a pager.
Symptom
Every "unattended" workflow has exactly one human it interrupts. The Pager answers scope questions, approves ambiguous actions, and knows which repository the agent means.
Why It Matters
The Pager is not overhead; the Pager is the product. His vacancy is what lets an Eternal Loop spend the night talking to a payment API with no one to ask the obvious question.
