I reverted the file. Did you recall the email?
"It only changed one file." "What reads that file?" "A few services." "Which services?" "Let me get someone." What Else Did It Touch? is the person who keeps following the connections after the agent has finished explaining its intentions. One changed file becomes three services, an outgoing email, and a customer-facing field.
Symptom
Reverts stop at the file level. The surveyor keeps going: downstream readers, sent notifications, records already written, and the second agent that already consumed the change.
Why It Matters
An agent's real footprint is the graph, not the diff. The Surveyor maps the blast radius while it is still a diagram instead of after it is a customer email.
