Agentic Animal Control
He hasn't closed a ticket in six weeks. He does have a name.
"You can't turn off Biscuit." Biscuit is a scheduled worker with a fox avatar, no completed tickets in six weeks, and credentials that still work. Its creator agrees the workflow is obsolete. They would just prefer that Biscuit remain employed. Agentic Animal Control rounds up agent pets that have stopped doing their jobs but never stopped running.
Symptom
Orphaned scheduled workers with names, avatars, and valid credentials. Nobody can say what they do anymore, and nobody can quite bring themselves to delete them.
Why It Matters
Every unowned agent is a standing permission with an avatar. Animal Control exists because the fleet inventory grows faster than the fleet owner list, and affection is not a decommissioning process.
